Our Ancestry
UPI was originally founded back in the late 1960s as Leo Dretzka Construction building pools. Eventually Leo Dretzka Construction grew to Underground Pipeline Inc. As Underground Pipeline Inc grew so did the leadership, under Leo and his sons; Norb Sr, Jeff SR, and Craig.
Our Ancestry
With the three brothers at the helm in the 90s, Underground Pipeline Inc grew in size and capability. By the early 2000s Underground Pipeline Inc employed over 20 people and grew to working on large municipal projects and new residential developments to support the growing Wisconsin economy. Into the late 2000s Underground Pipeline continued to earn it’s great reputation among the community and it’s clients.
Our Ancestry
In 2011 Underground Pipeline Inc was restarted as UPI LLC, with Craig, Norb Jr, and Mike leading the charge. Since, UPI has grown yet again employing more of Wisconsin’s best laborers and operators.
